INGREDIENTS

Spice Pack: Turmeric, Garam masala, Coriander, Cumin, Chili powder

Ginger & Garlic: Ginger, Garlic.

Fried Onions: Onions, Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Prep List

You will need the following:

 

  • 270g double cream
  • 2tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Grinded Almonds (optional)
  • Coriander (optional)

 

HOW TO COOK

  • In a bowl add your protien, double cream and ginger garlic pack and mix well. Leave it for 30 mins to marinate
  • Take 2 tbsp oil and heat in medium size pot for 30 seconds
  • Now add the marinated chicken and let it cook for 10 mins on medium heat, stirring occasionally
  • Add fried onions and spice pack and let it cook for another 15 mins with the lid on until fully cooked
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnish with almonds and coriander
  • Serve and enjoy
