MAIN DESCRIPTION:
Coriander seeds when crushed, result in the dusky brown coriander powder which is also known as Dhania Powder. It is used extensively in Indian cooking adding a subtle warm, nutty taste to the food. Some describe the coriander as having a lemony citrus flavour. Ground coriander is also one of the spices used in garam masala and is an important background spice for our favourite food.
