Kasuri Methi refers to dried fenugreek leaves, making it more of a herb than a spice. A highly fragrant ingredient that carries a bitter taste, it does, however, greatly enhance the flavouring of the food. It is occasionally sprinkled over curries before serving and it is the Kasuri Methi that gives the delicious butter chicken its unique taste.
